Food was expensive but delicious. I was concerned because I got into a debate with the waitress after consulting the chef and she said a farro risotto was gluten free (farro IS wheat) but was told most things could be modified. The server came back and politely thanked me for educating her. I didn’t get sick from dinner or breakfast the next day.

Lots of items on their menu are gluten free, no special changes needed. Although nothing is labeled gluten free on their menu the staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating. Very good food too.
