They process their own meat so they are completely sure about all ingredients. They do not use seasoning so there is no risk of hidden gluten. I ordered a skillet that was huge, had ham, bacon, and sausage with lots of fixins. While they don't have GF bread or pancakes, this was one of the best GF breakfasts I've had.
