Review of The Factory Smokehouse and Grill

I saw with my own eyes them handling bread with gluten then touching my food without washing or wiping their hands. And yes I told them I was coeliac when ordering. Huge risk of cross contamination.

They’ll tell you 99% of their menu is GF but this is BS. Half their menu is burgers with gluten buns which are tossed around the kitchen with no regard.

I also told them I had a dairy allergy and proceeded to get a burger that had clearly had cheese put onto it then scraped off with tons of cheese residue. I’m not sure how they got such positive reviews in the past but clearly their allergen awareness is now zero. Can’t trust this place.

When I brought the above to their attention, I got an eye roll and no apology.
