I ordered the spinach avocado omelet with a side of bacon and grits with no biscuit and our server, Mariah R was amazing. She was aware of my allergy and made sure it was noted and told the cook in the back and gloves were changed. I had no sort of reaction or sickness and usually immediately if I have any sort of contamination I get sick AND that did NOT happen. We will definitely go back. The menu showed the gluten free items and they were aware of the GF allergy and made sure we were taken care of! Mariah was amazing !!

I had the very berry salad with chicken, and it was good! I ordered the salad because I thought it was the least likely to be cross contacted. I did have to send it back because they put walnuts on it, and I have a walnut allergy, so I wouldn't say that their allergy precautions are very strong. I didn't sit inside because I usually get a headache from airborne gluten. I think it is possible to eat safely here, but I would be cautious.

I would not say it’s celiac friendly if you are super sensitive. I started feeling sick just sitting in the restaurant. There is flour in the air! Also the staff were not super sure they could fix any food safely. They were like we can try but if you get sick off gluten it’s a risk. I ended up leaving before eating. I appreciate their honesty though.

Good food and selection. Depending on the waiter they are informed of the needs of a celiac.

The Flying Biscuit Cafe has so many gluten free options! On the menu, there is a gf beside anything that is gluten free (no changes required). I had the egg-ceptional eggs which was 2 black bean cornmeal cakes with 2 over easy eggs, green tomatillo salsa, feta cheese, and sour cream. It came with a side of grits which were awesome. Just make sure to ask for no biscuit.

I had a wonderful experience here. The waitress was very knowledgeable about Gluten free options. GF items were marked on the menu. They had a GF bread option as well to replace the biscuit for your order. I had the Piedmont Omelette with grits and GF Toast along with a Mimosa flight. The juices that they use for the flight are GF as well.

The most delicious grits! Server was knowledgeable and helpful. They were slammed and she still took the time to dip apple butter from a new jar for me. Each order comes with a complimentary biscuit and unfortunately I got toasted Udis sandwich bread. It was safe and toasted separately from everything else.

Flying Biscuit is a good place to eat. This was my first time eating at this location, and the menu is different (and didn’t seem to have as many GF options as I am used to having). However, I enjoyed my eggs, sausage, and grits. Their grits are always so good - don’t miss them.

I got the southern scramble. I told them i was gluten free which means no biscuit. I’ve also been avoiding cheese so I replaced the grits with fruit
