Review of The G-Free Spot

Ohhh my Goodness! If you are in the Hilton head area this is a must. The breakfast sandwiches, and all the bakery items are fantastic. Friday and Saturday they have cinnamon rolls and those are the best I have ever had! Truthfully, this food is the best gluten free food I have ever had. You can not tell that it is even gluten free. We went three times in 2 days! Try a bit of everything it is worth it.
