Review of The Gluten Free Baking Co

My daughter is celiac (9) and was extremely excited to come to this bakery during a recent trip to San Diego. She loves Sprinkles’ red velvet cupcakes and was so excited to see that we could buy a single piece of red velvet cake from this shop. In addition to the slice of red velvet cake, we also purchased four of the ‘hostess’ donut (chocolate donut + cream filling + chocolate icing). Unfortunately, all items purchased were okay or disappointing. I tasted each item and they were grainy. My daughter ate half of the slice of red velvet and decided she didn’t like it enough to finish it. No one else wanted it given the texture.
