Their kitchen is open to the restaurant and I watched a cook pick up raw bacon and put it on the grill, wipe his hands on his apron, pick up toast and put it in the toaster, then scoop up home fries with his hands and put them on the grill. All without gloves. He then wiped his hands on his apron again, scratched his face and used the same hand to pick up the home fries with the help of a spatula to put them on a plate.
