DO NOT EAT HERE. YOU WILL BE SICK. Not to mention I was treated like a problem for asking them to be safe. All common instruments. Drags the bun across a shared bench. No changing of gloves even after I was lectured about them changing gloves.
Gluten free rolls kept in sealed packaging. Employee changed gloves and built sandwich on parchment to avoid cross contamination. Up charge for the bread but it was delicious.
Excellent gluten free bread!! I ask for my sub to be “hot” which is heated. Boy does that ever improve the taste of the bread. Hot 8 for me (turkey and cheese) on gluten free bread. They always change their gloves and get a new knife. I could eat there every day. 😃

Great sub shop! The gluten free bread was one of the best I have ever had! They even have a drive thru which is such a plus. A million times better than Jersey mikes!
Staff was great and ask if allergy or preference and were very accommodating for a gluten free order. Sandwich was tasty!
So happy! They offer delicious gluten-free bread from local oven. They asked about allergies, they changed gloves, used parchment and disposable tongs/ spatulas to spread Mayo. I’m grateful for their care to avoid cross contamination.
Their GF sub bun was delicious! It was so satisfying to get a real sandwich for the first time since going gluten free! Love their meats and veggies that they pile on. 😋
Good bread from Local Oven. Lots of GF options. Classic subs just like I used to eat before I went GF!
