Review of The Happy Tart

Dedicated GF restaurant. Over all a very nice place, but seating is a little limited at busy times. The baked goods and sweets are good. The food is also good. The only downside is the biscuits are so so, but I know it’s so hard to make biscuits that replicate that flaky soft dough so I cut them lots of slack.
