Review of The Happy Tart

I wholeheartedly agree with another reviewer (DukeCeliac).

--A lot of what this place offers is just okay.

--They have weird hours. I went to Elevation Burger nearby and wanted to pick up some dessert to take home, but they were closed.

I absolutely appreciate that they are a safe place for celiacs to eat, but it rarely feels worth it for what I get and what I pay.
