Review of The Happy Tart

I love that there is a dedicated GF place 15 minutes away. We like their cookies, cupcakes, and cakes. Last week, I got quiche which was the best I've ever eaten! That being said, we find their pecan tart and apple turnovers to need a better balance between crust and filling---way too much crust or not enough filling.

Unfortunately, even though they are open until 6:00 PM, the kitchen closes at 2:30. Also, I think the customer service at the register could be much more friendly and hospitable.
