Review of The Happy Tart

The Happy Tart is a 100% gluten free bakery. The owner, Emma, has Celiac Disease and has set up two locations in Falls Church and Del Ray. The Falls Church location has a full brunch menu that is totally delicious. My daughter always gets the pancakes and eggs, and I love the coconut and strawberry french toast. They also do a stellar job with custom cakes—they made a 3D birthday cake for my husband that looked just like a stack of waffles.
