I am Celiac and Dairy free. After my last experience a few years ago with so much cross contamination I am too afraid to go back!!!

I drive 4 hours just to have their gluten free chicken wings, fries and gravy...yes it’s THAT good!!!

What a fabulous place for a celiac customer! Had fish and chips and coconut shrimp! Wonderful! All foods are prepared gf . Will definitely return!

We had a wonderful meal here! I got to have breaded calamari and a hamburger on a bun, all gluten free and delicious!

This was a great experience! I'm vegan and have Celiac. I had little hope of finding something to eat in Sudbury. I asked the waiter at The HourGlass about how they prevent cross contamination since they serve both gluten and gluten free products. He said that actually the whole kitchen is gluten free and the "regular" hamburger buns, baguettes, etc. are in a separate room in the basement. My husband is also vegan but not gluten free. He ordered the same thing I did but on a regular bun and the waiter was aware of all the ingredients and could warn him that the regular bun might not be vegan. It was so refreshing to have such an incredible server who understood the various dietary restrictions at our table and knew the menu and kitchen well enough to advise. We'll definitely be back anytime we're in Sudbury!

My absolute favourite place! Even before being diagnosed :-)

I was so impressed with the service and attention the whole staff gave us. My daughter has celiac's and she has never since diagnosis ate so well in a restaurant. The food and service was amazing! We will definitely be going back!
