The Keg’s online menu has the option to see which of the top allergens are in each of their dishes. It it easy to navigate and I was able to choose what I could eat before we got there. There are several GF options. Our server and the kitchen staff were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure all of my food choices were safe for me. Kudos to them.
No gluten free bread but waitress’ very knowledgeable and helpful

Great separate menu. Terrific staff that involved management and ensured your meal was gluten free.
High alert for gf from all on staff. Server took great care to comfort us about kitchen protocol for gf. Chef did up special order as well so we could have something that was not even listed on the gf menu. Meals were amazing. Atmosphere was relaxing and we all left highly satisfied with a full night out and a great meal.

I’ve been going to this Keg on Saint Paul regularly, for years, and I’m pretty sure I’ve never been glutened. The staff really care about celiacs, and they send someone to the table to assure you that everything possible is being done to keep you safe. They make GF fries for you, called “oven baked” fries, since the regular fryer isn’t GF. And it’s a very good, classic steakhouse experience! I always feel safe there, and always have a great steak and a great evening. This location is super cozy and is right in the heart of the “old Montreal” / old port area.
I ate breakfast here twice, they were knowledgeable about coeliac and advised me that I could have an omelette with fruit salad and gluten free toast which was toasted separately.
Excellent knowledge about GF. Great service. Tasty gluten free food. Manager comes to the table to explain GF precautions they will take with chosen meal.

There were a few GF items marked on the menu, Staff friendly and knowledgeable. The sou chef came to table to discuss and ensure safety Food very tasty. So nice to have a real meal not the usual rice noodles I enjoyed the blackened chicken mashed potatoes and green beans. All perfectly done. The waitress said GF blackened chicken as she placed it
