The Koyen Collection: K.K. Fiske Restaurant, Granary Saloon & Coop Hangout

The restaurant is found in back after walking through a porch-like front room. We had parmesan encrusted whitefish, dill fish sandwich, Kenny sandwich (blackened, Cajun fish), and lemon blossom dessert (glazed lemon donuts in mini muffin form). All gluten free and DELICIOUS! So good that we returned a second night of our stay.

Had the BLT on a GF bun. Bun was really good. Server was knowledgeable, asked it it was preference or allergy, and advised me that fries were not made in a dedicated server. Substituted apple sauce. Made sure to mark my meal as gluten free, prepared it away from other food and marked as allergy when delivered to table
