They closed for good today! This is so sad and disappointing I cannot even begin to tell you. They had the best cakes and pot pies. So sad 😞

I've been here twice now and had something different both times and I have really enjoyed their food. The lemon cookies are fabulous, the savory pie was delicious and filling and the bread is fresh and warm. They have a lot of dairy free options as well which I need and appreciate! It's a must visit when in San Antonio!

Wonderful dedicated GF business!! It's wonderful to be able to walk into a restaurant and order anything!! We had the Pot Pie and Personal Pizza, the food overall was good, the pizza reminded me of Pizza Hut.... Crispy and a little greasy. But when you have celiac, eating any pizza outside that of a frozen tasteless one is a welcomed pleasure. When visit San Antonio we will definitely return!!

Amazing!!! Food was great! Service was amazing, bought some flax bread loaf to enjoy at home, and my mom got a berry pie, I wish I could have bought at least one of everything to bring home. Soooo good! So happy with my breakfast.

I'm fairly new to gluten free but I was so excited when I stopped by this place. I wasn't sure what to expect food wise. They don't have a very extensive menu but the food was great! It's not your typical restaurant at all but I enjoyed the small town diner feel that I have never experienced in San Antonio. I can't wait to go back!

Expensive. Cake was bland. Cookies had decent flavor but texture was like saw dust/sand. Over past two years have tried many GF foods due to Celiac, this product was at the bottom.

They are kinda pricey, even for gluten free. All the breads and cakes that I've tried have been extremely dry. I've had better. The cookies and meat pies are good.

Food is expensive (pasta bake, drink, and dessert) is typically $22. The service is horrendous. The last two times my friends and I were there, we had to go ask about our food (wait staff unapologetic about the wait/failure to bring food to us. This last visit ($45+ for the three of us), I specifically asked if there was any garlic or onion used in the hot dog. I had previously asked about the condiments so I knew there was garlic in those so I told her to leave off all condiments. I specifically asked if they buttered the bun since I had previously been told about the garlic in the butter and kept repeating "no garlic, no onion on anything". After I had eaten the hot dog, my stomach was upset so after repeatedly trying to get the waitress' attention, I was finally able to ask (again) if there was garlic. The waitress very rudely told me of course there was (as if I was an idiot for not knowing) and when I told her I wanted a refund because I had specially and repeatedly told the other woman taking the orders "no onion/no garlic on anything", the snide waitress told me she had heard me but I only had asked about the condiments because she had heard me. I told her that I had pointed out the garlic because that is why I ordered the hot dogs "dry". Then the waitress told me the lady taking the order must have just misunderstood me from how I described it. She would remake the hotdog but would not refund my money because it was my fault and they were a gluten free restaurant and wouldn't guarantee anything else beyond the gluten free.

"Customer is always right" is NOT followed and in fact, they are very comfortable with being downright rude and condescending to the customers. Obviously, they feel they have enough business and they don't need our business. The building is run down and very warm inside (may be good for the bread but not good for people to enjoy their meal).

The only reason my friends went there was so my food allergies wouldn't bother me and we are all happy to grant the rude waitress' wish by never going back and spending our money at another restaurant.

Best pizza in San Antonio. My husband who doesn't have celiac even loved the pizza and the deserts are to die for. I literally cried when I found this bakery when I first moved to San Antonio 7 years ago. I didn't think GF items would ever taste good. I have had Celiac for 16 years and food used to be terrible.

This place loved up to the reviews! My husband and I had the beef and chicken pot pies. The crust was the closest thing I've had to traditional since going gluten free. Somehow they stuffed it full and it wasn't soggy, just deliciously succulent. The good sized slices (1/4 of a pie) came with a side salad of mixed greens, yellow peppers and tomatoes lightly dressed in what tasted like a citrus vinegarette. I didn't need the roll, so they wrapped it in foil and it was delicious for breakfast the next day. We are only in town for three days, but we'll be back before we go!

We were visiting San Antonio for the day and googled GF places. This place was amazing! If u r in San Antonio, u must try Little Aussie. we thought it was a bakery, but to our surprise, they also make one of the best GF pizzas we have ever tasted. Their sandwiches were also great. We chatted with the owner, Rita, for a few minutes and she's extremely knowledgeable about GF lifestyles. Cannot wait to go back again on our next visit to SA.

Very good! Best GF bread I've ever tasted. Had some type of breakfast sandwich (can't remember what it was called) but it tasted amazing kinda like an egg mcmuffin. The waffles were to die for! I'm very sensitive to gluten (celiac disease) and I had no problems after eating here. Staff was very friendly.

I was worried because I read reviews that say they use xanthan gum and corn and soy but I talked to the owner and she said they never use xanthan gum, only guar gum. It's still a gum but at least it's naturally occuring and not made in a lab! She said they don't use corn starch either unless someone asks for it instead of potato starch. I guess you can be allergic to potatos? That would be horrible! But anyways she said they spray Pam on top of the bread and that has corn and soy but she showed me the label and even let me watch her spray it and those ingredients are last and she only sprays for about .005 seconds and then she puts it in the oven really hot so there isn't much left afterwards. I got there right after they opened so I guess she had some extra time or something, they were making extra bread for one of the sandwich shops in town but I forget what it is called. I will have to ask so I can go try it. But yea it's not in the bread actually so you could even cut the crust off I guess if you're really sensitive. I usually have a horrible reaction to anything with soy, I can't even have little bits of soy lecthithin but in this week I have had a whole loaf o the bread from there and I haven't gotten sick so I don't think it's that much. I think that is a good sign because I am so sensitive to a lot of things and usually just don't go out eat at all because I don't want to have to deal with it but I'm glad I haven't had any reactions to the bread here. I tried the samples of the cookies but I didn't buy any, I blew my budget on the bread! But next time I will buy some snickerdoodles, they are great. I will write another review when I go back.
