I really was hesitant to try this place, especially with the name and that they make their own GF pretzels and pretzel buns in house (with regular pretzels.) After talking to multiple workers, I felt confident that they they were taking the needed precautions very seriously. I had a BLT on a Gf pretzel bun. It was delicious! They make their own sauces and the garlic aioli was a game changer. I also took a pretzel home with honey mustard dipping sauce. It was also amazing! I have celiac and usually react immediately. I had no reaction on that day or in the days to follow. I will definitely be returning!
