I have eaten here twice before and they have been safe for me and other celiacs that I have been by at the restaurant. They understand cross contamination, and the need to help keep me healthy. I eat here every time I come to London and will continue doing so.

Make a reservation online! GF items marked on the menu. Wait staff familiar with celiac disease and explained that they have a separate fryer. Malt vinegar is not GF and the wait staff mentioned that. Gave me ketchup in a separate container to avoid cross contamination. Fish and chips (gf fried cod and French fries) were wonderful!!!

Servers were really knowledgeable about the menu and knew exactly what was or wasn't gluten free. Had the scampi tails and they were delicious - nice big portion too!

Very busy spot (a good sign that the food is delicious!). Recommended to get reservations, although we were able to get a table outside as walk-ins. Place was packed when we arrived 15 min after opening.

Fish and chips can be made gluten free. Staff is knowledgeable and explained kitchen protocol for GF orders (separate fryers). GF beer options as well. A little pricey but my husband, who usually goes to the smaller shops, ordered a regular fish and chips and said it was the best he's ever had and worth it.

Wonderful experience during my first trip back to the UK after celiac diagnosis.

Very nice staff that tolk Good care of us and were really carfull so we wouldnt eat Abu gluten. They have daura (gluten free beer) and the fish and chips was amazing!

First fish and chips I’ve had in years and it was absolutely amazing! I felt really safe as staff was very knowledgeable. There was a separate fryer so no cross contamination there! Also had a cider so it was a great night.

Unfortunately I was told the Halloumi and chips were GF but about two hours later it was quite clear I had been poisoned. There seems to be some inconsistencies as I have seen in the reviews that others have been told only the fish and chips at GF. They even confirmed when giving me my order that it was 100% GF but my stomach has said otherwise! A real shame as I thought I had found gem

Went twice during our stay! Make a reservation as it is possible. We waited in line 1 time and had a reservation the second time. Worth every minute in line. Great GF fish & chips. Mussels are amazing too.

Fish and chips is only GF item on menu - nothing else GF - but everyone goes for the fish anyways. You can select cod or haddock.

They have separate fryer and take care to serve GF clients.

Well recommended for GF fish.

Go before 6pm else long line up. We got there at 630pm and had to wait 30 min for table.

I do not recommend going here if you have celiac. I am not very sensitive towards gluten but I got a very strong reaction a couple of hours later. It greatly upsets me that they tell you that they are careful with allergies in the kitchen when they are not. I hope nobody else have to experience what I experienced at that restaurant today.

Great gf and df fish and chips with nice restaurant. Batter was a little floury and the price was very expensive for fish and chips but a good find

You can get gluten free fish and chips! All chips are fried in a dedicated fryer and staff are knowledgeable about gluten and other allergies (we have nut allergies too). Fantastic meal.

Excellent option for gluten free fish and chips. I looked all over London for somewhere I could get true English fish and chips and they were able to accommodate. They also have apparently figured out the tarter sauce issue I saw on previous posts as mine was clearly different than my family’s version. If you are looking for great fish and chips, look no further. They even give a choice of cod or haddock. Highly recommend.
