Menu offers the option to customize your burger to be a lettuce wrap or on a GF bun; there is a disclaimer that it’s not an allergen-free environment, so probably not suitable for celiacs.
Was able to confirm with knowledgeable cashier that grill was dedicated to burgers seasoned only with salt, and that fryer was dedicated for french fries only. All bun and bread options can be GF upon request. I had a simple burger, skipped sauces just to be safe and had a great experience.

I asked the staff to change their gloves with handling my food. Informed that they have the same shared surfaces. Seemed ok after eating and then the reaction started to build. Today my MCAs is full blown. Would not recommend for anyone with a moderate to severe allergy.

We had their gluten free burger and their gluten free Italian job grilled cheese and they were AMAZING! At first we were worried that the grilled cheese was incorrectly made with normal bread because it looked so realistic, but I could tell that it was safe for my fiancé after taking a bite, the texture is a little off from regular bread but it’s visually the same. He didn’t get sick but I’m unsure of all of their precautions so I don’t know if it would be safe for celiacs.

Even if they offer gluten free bread, don’t get anything from here, even if you’re not celiac. I reacted every time I ordered something here on gluten free bread, so I’m guessing they probably share the grille with regular bread. Don’t even get French fries.
