I put GFDF on the reservation, confirmed verbally when we arrived, spoke to the server several times prior to ordering about allergies (for all at the table) . Was served with non GF batter and dippers. Had to ask for new oil to cook in. Only one sauce is GF and DF. The chocolate dippers (all but fruit and marshmallows) all had dairy, no biggie, can just eat the fruit, but wasn’t told in advance. This should be an easy GF meal with the option they have, but ended up sick.

NOT SAFE. Went here with a celiac and a non-celiac. One destroyed the restroom before leaving. Other had distress. We communicated repeatedly the food needs, and the server kept forgetting. Brought stuff out and said he “thought it should be fine.” This was ordering everything GF, and the guy still brought out flour and bread based desserts.

Our experience was great! I was with a group and I am the only one GF. The others in the group enjoyed the GF options as well. Things are clearly marked on the menu and substitutions were easy. Our server said she just hits the GF button and it automatically substitutes. She even asked the cook staff to prep our veggies and fruits separately since the containers are close together to prevent CC. We had several options for dessert including GF brownies, fruits, marshmallows, and rice crispie treats. The other in the party got pound cake as well and just dipped fondue out with a spoon rather than dipping. I did not feel like I missed out on the experience at all and it was delicious. I had no reactions. I highly recommend.

We asked for the table to be entirely gluten free. First thing she brought regular bread and we asked and she traded it out then they were supposed to substitute out the teriyaki beef, and they didn’t. Wasn’t until the celiac in the group tasted it that it was discovered. Manager was pretty useless, gave a coupon off the next visit. Then waitress pretty much ignored the entire table for the rest of the night. We have been there in the past and had a good experience, but we will not be back

We ate here for our anniversary, my husband and I are both gluten free. Our meal was amazing, I would give them 10 stars if it was possible! Our server was very knowledgeable about which items contained gluten. They brought wonderful substitutes with each course including bread, brownies and cookies. The best gluten-free dining experience I’ve had since having to go gluten-free!

GF bread cubes, apples, carrots, and celery for the cheese fondue, tons of entree options, and only fruit as dippers for dessert. Would have liked a gf pound cake or Rice Krispie option to dip.

Our waitress was extremely knowledgeable about what was safe and what was not safe. She helped with substitutions and made sure everything went smoothly. Our only complaint is that the dippers for the cheese fondue came out on a wood display board which is also used for gluten dippers (bread). Could be a source of cross contamination. All other dippers came out on dishes, not wood. Ordered the 4 course meal - cheese, salad, meat and chocolate.

I’m allergic to gluten and was so excited to try The Melting Pot for the first time. I’d heard such good things and had seen great reviews. Unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience. Our waiter was very nice but completely confused. He swore potatoes had gluten but the Oreo covered marshmallows didn’t. He finally had to go get another waiter and they weren’t any more confident. Thankfully, coming in contact with cross contamination isn’t the end of the world for me but I have been sick for two days on my honeymoon and that’s pretty sucky. I wouldn’t suggest going, personally. I’ll feel better in a few days but for someone who experiences much worse symptoms / side effects, it’s just not worth it.

My daughter looked at the menu and wanted to cry - SO many GF choices and very knowledgeable staff. She especially loved the chocolate fondue dessert with GF brownies and angel food cake.

This was our first time at the melting pot. They did not explain what it was or what was going to happen. They just said to pick your cheese, pick a salad and pick meats. The waiter did not explain the meat would be brought to us raw and we would cook it in vegetable broth. Boiled meat? Who eats boiled meat? For $30 sum per person for just the meat course. It should have been cooked by the chef for that price. We left.
Fantastic experience! Great options! Delicious! If you also want a great value check it out at lunch time!!

Great food, so many more gluten free options since the last time I had melting pot, and the waiter was very conscientious about avoiding cross contamination.

Died and went to heaven. Don't bring me back. best dining experience ever since being diagnosed with celiacs. thank you Melting Pot

We stopped here for dessert fondue. I figured there would be only fruit for mine. So pleasantly surprised to have gluten free pound cakes and brownies. The brownies were great. The pound cake a bit dry. But I'm certainly not complaining because it was wonderful to have gluten free dessert!
Yes
Wonderful gluten free menu and very knowledgable staff!! I had my own gluten free dippers and my husband had his (no extra charge). Our waiter brought my husband a spoon that way he could spoon fondue on to his non-gluten dippers. The waiter was extremely careful and knew exactly what cross contamination was--that rarely happens. This was a wonderful experience and I would gladly go back!!

Melting pot has great gluten free menu - love having gluten free bread to dip in my cheese. Let them know when you make reservations if you are celiac and are dining with gluten eaters, you need another fondue pot. Fortunately, I was in a party of four an two of us were gluten free, so we shared and the other two had there own fondue pot. With gluten free menu, I can eat the chocolate fondue again - which is in my opinion the best part. Staff I came across was knowledgable which made a fun night out less stressful.

Never on my radar, BUT I read an article by Gluten Free Dad about how it is Gluten free safe spot certified by an independent company. We were surprised at how well versed the employees were the variety offered. So far no one has gotten sick. Everything is brought/made in front of you by you and everything was labeled on the menu. The dessert was the best! GF brownie and cookie that weren’t hard as a rock. I doubled checked with the waitress every time and she wasn’t annoyed by my questions!

The waiter was extremely knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. Almost all of the cheeses could be made gluten-free, they had gluten-free bread to dip in the cheese, and gluten-free brownies and snickerdoodles to dip in the chocolate. Amazing experience and didn’t get sick!

Menu has labels for GF options. When I’m able to have an appetizer, main course AND dessert at dinner I appreciate it. They have GF bread for cheese dip appetizers. And GF brownies for chocolate dip dessert and (for a small up charge) macarons! Don’t sleep on The Melting Pot!

Wonderful gluten free experience. Very knowledgeable staff and the food was delicious. There’s really barely any difference between the gluten and non gluten platters.

Our waiter seem very well informed. He reviewed the menu with me to ensure that I knew what could be offered gluten-free as food came out to the table. They confirmed what was gluten-free. We had our own pot to cook in separate to the people that we were with, I would definitely eat here again
