Not celiac friendly. The workers don't clean down the machines between orders.
Very knowledgeable. They will make your shake in a separate allergen station.
They have a bunch of options and took great care of the milkshake. I was handed it personally by the guy who made it (as opposed to leaving it on the counter). Super yummy great experience!

Great Milkshake. I felt confident having one. Friendly staff that showed the allergy list to me. It designated which shakes are GF- instead of showing which ones contained gluten. Thus, it was easy to know which milkshakes I could order. (They have many allergy options, to include dairy free- I did not have). They have a blender at the end of the counter separate from the others for the allergy shake. And mine came out first. The full of gluten milkshakes looked amazing and my family loved theirs. Everyone was happy. A great treat.
They always clean the milkshake machines when asked!
Options can very easily be detected as gluten free, but the staff is always willing to answer questions!

I told the person at the register I had an allergy and he said my shake would be made by a manager, with separate ingredients and that it might take longer, but they would do their best to avoid any cross contamination. I had the Bananas Foster and it was delicious! I did not get sick.
Told the worker I had a sever gluten allergy and she took it very seriously- changed gloves, wiped down machine, and used the special allergy area/ milkshake maker. Definitely recommend. Have good dairy free as well.
I've gone to this location of the Milkshake Factory several times and have never been disappointed. I tell them I have a gluten allergy and they always note it on the order. The milkshake is prepared using a separate milkshake maker and ingredients from the back, and when they call the milkshake as ready, they say "allergy friendly milkshake flavor". All of the GF milkshake flavors are listed on their website. I''ve never gotten sick and I love the milkshakes here; would definitely recommend!
