Gluten-free friendly, but not celiac friendly. Same cutting surfaces and grill. I appreciate that the gluten free menu states the kitchen is not gluten free. Upon further questions I'm not comfortable that the handling of food is a safe for someone with celiac. if only gluten intolerant, it's probably just fine.
