I am celiac, and after speaking with the manager I decided it was much safer to not eat here. While they do have a gluten free crust (pre-packaged), they use the same ingredient bins and a shared prep space to create the pizzas. The big red flag for me is that they toss the regular pizza dough in wheat flour, so it’s all over the kitchen in the air (and potentially then in all of the ingredients). They do bake them in a separate pan, but will cook gluten pizzas in the oven at the same time. Celiacs beware. I went to this place because it seemed to be the safest within a short distance of our beach rental, but I ended up going hungry while everyone else ate.
