Absolutely great experience! I called ahead and spoke to Dimitrius, the owner. I told him my concerns (poster from previous day)and he was very concerned and said to ask for him when I arrive. He and his wife Tina helped me to decide on a safe meal (steak with arugula salad). They were extremely busy, but personally took the time to understand my needs. It was delicious and I did not get sick. They added to their protocol that day and do not cook food for celiac in same oven as bread. He spent a lot of time with me listening to ways to improve his protocol. He genuinely wanted to make it safe for me and others. I hope as a celiac community that we take time to help our restaurants be our partners in safety . They are not experts on our medical condition but many are very happy to help if we guide them. I love Dimitrius and Tina! Thank you!
