This charming old fashioned restaurant is full of good meals ready to be eaten. There is a wide variety of pastas to choose from but I had the mizithra cheese one and it was really good however it was a lot of dairy and cheese. It was a big portion and I couldn’t fish it all but it was extremely tasty. The sides come before the main dish as if they were an appetizer but i was hungry so it helped me be patient😂 I had the cesser salad on the side with no croutons and it was to die for. The service was great and they obviously knew what they were talking about. The pasta was cooked al dente and it was corn pasta so it had a different texture but it was still really good!

Such yummy GF pasta! I ordered the chicken Alfredo. They made sure to ask whether it was allergy or preference too in order to avoid cross-contamination. Very impressed.

I was skeptical that Old Spaghetti Factory could be safe, but they have dedicated water for their gluten free pasta. The noodles were good but they offer only penne which isn’t as fun. Also, only the vegan meatball is gluten free. I am a bit of a food snob so didn’t love the restaurant, but the grilled chicken with penne on the side was actually well executed, as were the mussels appetizer. The spumoni ice cream is gluten free - good for kids.

One of my favorite places to eat!! I love their pasta and salad! Plus the ice cream at the end is gluten free too!! The servers are super knowledgeable which is always comforting!

Delcious pasta... we had two nights in a row it was so good! I mentioned celiac and they assured me everything gluten free is prepared in a seperate pot, water and area to any gluten foods. And you get free salad with your meal!

Meal is all inclusive: salad/soup, entree, and ice cream for dessert. If you get a salad, that means you get salad with your salad because the soup is not gf. Decent number of options to choose from for entrees tho. Waitstaff are knowledgeable too.

Very welcoming and accommodating. The manager came over, on his own, without me asking And explained how careful and safe they are with gluten-free food and made sure it was all coeliac safe and tested regularly. Food was very good. Not a pasta fan but tried it anyway. Corn pasta and surprisingly great.

Pasta serving is huge! And it has been so good every time I have gone. There is a separate menu and the staff is knowledgeable. So nice to have a great meal when I go to Banff!

Staff was very knowledgeable about gluten safety, down to the fact their paper straws had a gluten disclaimer on the box they came in There was a nice variety of options on the separate gluten friendly menu. Service was quick and good, food was tasty.

I was quite impressed with how accommodating they were and the server was happy to answer and provide questions. I had the roasted garlic lemon chicken and I quite enjoyed it. You could definitely tell the pasta was gluten free, but it’s one of the better dishes I’ve had in a restaurant. Only thing I wish was different is that there was a GF dessert option, they had ice cream but it was a may contain so depends on your tolerance.

They had a separate GF menu and the server was very informed on allergens and came back to let me know the chef mentioned that the caeser salad dressing was not gf. I had the Mariza cheese penne and it was delicious! Great experience and delicious food
