I got the GF pasta Alfredo and breaded chicken (yes breaded chicken) for lunch. So much food I had leftovers. Didn’t make me sick. It was delicious and staff was super knowledgeable about my condition. I am taking another person from work here next week as she is gluten intolerant. 🤙🏽
They have a gluten free menu including most of the regular pasta sauces. However, my experience with the waitress was awful. I told her I was ordering from the gf menu and that I was coeliac and she rolled her eyes at me and was incredibly rude, which did not give me very much confidence. A manager reassured me on their cross contamination measures and the food was decent, but it was not a pleasant experience
food was just ok. waitress was not very knowledgeable about GF items
My daughter loved the food. Pasta comes with a flag that states it is gluten free.
Their gluten free menu provided plenty of options. The server that we had was not at all competent dealing with gluten free menu items (he asked me if I could have bread!), but the dish, when it arrived, was incredible. I'll be going there whenever I have a craving for Italian, but I hope I don't get the same kid who served us last time.
I don't understand the rave reviews. The waiter was ready to offer me minestrone soup although I had advised him I was gluten free. He was unfamiliar with the gluten free options. I ordered the gf pasta with marinara. Honestly it tasted like something a college student would cook with a bottled sauce. If you want a basic gluten free pasta come here otherwise if you want a hearty meal go elsewhere.
Just returned to our hotel after dining here. They have a specific GF menu, as well as all GF items noted on the regular menu. I had the Classic Pasta (gluten free) with the Hearty Meat Sauce and the browned butter and cheese sauce. All entrees come with a salad and ice cream for dessert. The GF entree arrived at our table with a flag on it to identify it as GF. I really enjoyed this place and would recommend it to any of my GF/Celiac friends.
I have eaten here twice and both times were a success! I spoke with the manager and they took me seriously. I was given a gf menu and told that the GF pasta is cooked first thing in the morning with clean pots and pasta is stored separately. My food came out marked GF, it was hot and good. I recommend The Old Spaghetti Factory in Rancho Mirage.
It was okay. There was about a twenty minute wait time to be seated. Once seated the food came rather fast. I got the gluten free pasta (rotini) with meat sauce. It was very bland overall. However, my server did make sure to tell the kitchen I had an allergy and they marked it with a gf flag and brought it separate.
