According to the manager, the protein in the hot dogs (chicken, beef, beyond) are grilled separately from the buns so I took the chance and ordered one with a gluten free bun (+$3 up charge).
The jerk chicken dog was $15 after tip. It was alright.
Everything in the fryer is contaminated with wheat batter, so if you do eat here make sure you don’t accidentally get one of the hot dogs that are fried.

Little spot in the Lee+White food court with beef hot dogs. They said the community asked for GF buns so much that they added them to the menu - good job team! Ask for one as I didn’t see it listed on the menu.
Please note the fries are in a shared fryer!! She tried to offer me sweet potato fries but they’re fried with the onion rings.
There are vegan options available as well, and if you don’t eat dairy you need to ask them not to butter your buns.
They don’t seem super knowledgeable about gluten as they said they weren’t sure if the chili was GF because they couldn’t find the label, and said the beans weren’t GF because they had corn starch (obv not a gluten ingredient). Not sure about cross contam yet either. But nice to feel like a regular degular American. 😌
