They did express *Gluten Friendly* as you never know with flour in the air. They are not a dedicated GF place, but have a separate prep area. But that said, My son has never been happier. He got a huge (10-12 pancakes) plate of Buckeye GF Pancakes no issues. Lots of options! Over 7 pancake options, 5 waffles options. Tons of toppings. Just ask your server they will know
