When I went here I told them I had a gluten allergy and they did a glove change got a new knife and cutting board. The sides were a little more complicated just be sure to ask the person as you're checking out to get you sides from the back with a glove change if you don't want to get sides from the line.

First experience here was great! When I arrived and informed the worker at the meat-cutting counter of my extreme allergies to wheat and gluten, he immediately nodded, got a new cutting block, changed his gloves, and kindly answered any questions I had about what was safe to eat. He said most of the meats are gluten free (except one or two) and showed me where to ask to see the gluten free menu for the sides. I got a baked potato with brisket on top, they brought me real butter from the back (because the margarine at the side bar is not GF), and when I asked they also brought sour cream and cheese from the back to avoid cross contamination also at the sides bar. No reaction. My allergy is sudden and extreme and there are very few places I feel safe to eat, but this is now one of them!
