I saw where people said they did not get gluten-ed here so I was excited to try it when I went out with friends. I do have Celiacs disease but I do not get extremely sick if cross contamination occurs or if I eat a small bit of gluten. I asked the waiter about cross contamination and ordered with a GF crust. She came back and told me the chef said, “if you are extremely sensitive to gluten I wouldn’t eat here because there is flour everywhere. It is in the air and in the vents, etc.” and I was kinda like huh? But I ordered it anyway because of the reviews and thought I’d be okay because I’m not that sensitive to gluten. Well I ate the entire pizza because it tasted good/fine. Not extremely good nor was it bad. But after a few hours my stomach started cramping and I have been burping a lot. I also am feeling nauseous. And I fix gluten free pizzas at home a lot and eat the whole thing and do not have issues. so I don’t think eating a lot was the issue. Anyway, if you are worried about getting contaminated, do not eat here. The chef even said so. I even saw him walk out and had an apron on with flour all over it, so that made me even more worried about contamination after I ate the pizza.
