Review of The Pie Pizzeria

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS GF PIZZA AND COMPLETELY SAFE! I'm a celiac myself, and they are amazingly accommodating. Outside of the normal precautions, staff has to change their apron before entering the dedicated space they have for GF. Before bringing GF orders into the regular kitchen space, they box them up so no floating crumbs can contaminate the pizza. The pizza itself is the absolute BEST I have ever had, GF or not. I don't live near the restaurant itself, but whenever in town, I make a point to go visit them. Pay them a visit! You will not regret it!
