Review of The Pirates' House

Called ahead to see if they could accommodate a gluten free meal and was informed they had a gluten free menu, hostess read me some and as soon as she said shrimp and grits I was all set. It did not disappoint! Creamy grits with sausage, shrimp, cheese and sauce, delicious! I shared and everyone agreed. I also ordered pecan chicken with vegetables and asparagus, fantastic after they brought out the pecan honey butter that was supposed to top the perfectly grilled chicken breasts. Based on those two dishes alone I will return. My 10 year old daughter ordered the gf crab au gratin and ate it all including the delicious mixed vegetables.
