GF buns available and said to be protected from cross contamination. No dedicated GF fryer. No other choices available on brunch menu. Server was knowledgeable and told me what was safe and what was not. Great food but options are limited and not confident in how safe all options are.
GF bun was decent, a little dry but most GF bread is.
Love this place and the service but considering how busy it can get, I don’t think it’s a great choice for celiacs especially during peak winter season.

Disappointing experience. Called several days in advance of our visit and spoke with the executive chef, who was reassuring about their ability to provide meals for someone with Celiac, and also to fit us in despite the fact that the Rack does not take reservations - few good places near sugarloaf that are Celiac friendly. Did not actually eat here after speaking with the manager. Was clear they could not avoid cross contamination and that we would be taking a chance. Instead ate at 45 North at Sugarloaf hotel, which was much more accommodating.
