Review of The Red Lion Inn

They seemed to know what they were talking about here regarding Celiac precautions when I spoke to the host & server, but I had the salt roasted beets, Arctic char, & panna cotta2 nights ago, and was sick later that evening, and still not fully recovered today. Thinking there had to be a cross-contamination issue. Food was very good though. Just not sure they're careful enough in their kitchen.
