Review of The Red Lion Inn

Great experience for 2 freshly-diagnosed Celiac girls! We went for lunch and our server Omar was very accommodating to our needs. Instead of having a dedicated GF menu, we were told that nearly everything could be made gluten-free. We gave him our meal choices and then he consulted with the chef to confirm that the kitchen could make the appropriate adaptations. We were both able to get our first choice and the GF rolls were delicious. The food was excellent and the staff were both knowledgeable and thorough in making sure that our GF needs were met.
