We have 2 kids with Celiac disease and one that is fairly sensitive to gluten contamination. Upon ordering, we clarified that we needed the GF crepes because of Celiac disease (not just lifestyle preference). We asked if a separate griddle was used for the GF food and the server checked with the manager. They indeed use the same griddle but have a specific cleaning protocol. We were quite apprehensive and asked them to please clean it well. Luckily (and surprisingly) neither kids had a reaction. The GF crepes were a hit! We'll definitely be back and will definitely implore them again to clean the griddle well. I do wish they had a separate dedicated griddle but I was impressed with how their protocol did work well. Good value and a hip place!
