A surprisingly small number of gluten-free flavor options compared to a typical ice cream shop. The ones that are gluten free are clearly marked, but it seems like the potential for cross-contamination is high.

The staff wasn’t knowledgeable about which items were gluten free. They whipped out a book and listed some off from there. Once I chose one I asked if they could clean the scoop and they said no, they all are rinsed together and I specified I needed soap and water, which they eventually did. They then took out the ice cream and scraped the top layer off because of cross contamination and then served me the ice cream a layer below, again with the “clean” scooper. They def offer gluten free ice cream but if you have celiac unfortunately this is not a safe environment in order of cross contamination.

Super nice experience they had close to 10 different flavors that were gluten-free (confirmed by owners who make the ice cream on site). I felt very confident in them knowing the ingredients.
