Had specially made breakfasts at Tres Cascadas. Had gluten free bread and pasta there also and it was delicious. Las Ventanas was excellent as well. Also had good tacos at Tree Tops. Everyone was very knowledgeable - very impressed and the food was excellent.

The chef and staff were very knowledgeable about celiac and hotel has a gluten free protocol they follow. Not all menu items were marked, but the chef and waitstaff took very good care of our family and my daughter with celiac never got sick. The chef did recommend to have all our meals in Tres Cascadas, Las Ventanas, or Ginger sushi, as the other two restaurants have very small kitchens where cross contamination can be an issue.

The resort was very accommodating and very knowledgeable about the cross contamination, they didn’t have a lot of GF options but the options they had were enough for our 2 night stay. We loved the Las Ventanas restaurant the most!! I had a small issue with breakfast on my last day with waffles/pancakes I ordered but the staff were very helpful and helped to address the issue.

Was able to eat breakfast and dinner here. It’s not labeled on the menu.. however most of the staff was knowledgeable. Has a great experience at Las ventanas where the chef made me Celiac safe dinner and expressed how seriously they take the allergy
