When we asked the guy about gluten free options we got a weird look and a “what?” Then the two ladies that worked there jumped in and knew what they were talking about. I’m guessing he was new and hadn’t been fully trained yet. They have a list of ice cream that is gluten free but no gluten free cones. I did get the talk about there is always a risk of cross contamination and that that they can wash the scoop before scooping but that is all they can do for cross contamination. I got a scoop of triple chocolate. It was good and I didn’t have any issues.

This place is not gluten free or willing to make any accomodations. I asked about ingredients and was told "I don't know anything like that" and was sarcastic and rude. Cross contamination was obvious, I opted not to get anything. My family had already ordered (they're not celiac) and they assured me the ice cream was pretty bad.

Not safe. They had a list of allergens on the wall to tell me which ones had gluten but they "don't have the ability to scoop out of a fresh container". And there's cones right above the ice cream. But the guy said in 13 years he hasn't had anyone have an allergy problem, so according to him it was safe. We took a hard pass.
