Staff was very knowledgeable and kind. Ingredients were confirmed with the kitchen and modifications are easily made to accommodate a variety of allergies.
The only place to get gluten-free tacos is, of course, the Taco Club. This always-bustling restaurant has the best taco combinations! With multiple options, make sure to ask which tacos can be made gluten-free. Along with their food comes tasty margaritas and cocktails. In the centre of downtown, it’s close to live music in the summer, and warm bars in the winter.

Ate here for dinner last night, it was clearly a very busy popular spot in Revelstoke! Despite being busy the servers knew exactly what could be made gluten free and took the time to chat through the options. I had the chicken burrito bowl which was very tasty and most importantly no adverse reactions from eating here. The waitress provided fresh bottles of sauces to ensure no cross contamination. Would visit again if I was in town!
Be alert and ready to advocate for yourself. The burrito bowls are gluten free if you skip anything fried, so some options but not heaps. After discussing with my server my options, ordering the bowl, specifying that I was celiac and needed to remove the (shared fryer) crispy yams, my bowl came out with them on top. It was served by someone different than my server. When I pointed this out, they were great, went back to to kitchen and I got a new bowl. Friday night, so maybe they were busy, but approach with alertness. The food was yummy.
I had a chicken burrito bowl- when I ordered I asked which proteins were GF, and was told they could all be made that way. When I ordered GF I was asked right away if it was Celiac. When I was brought my food I asked for hot sauce, and the waitress immediately offered to bring me fresh unused bottles saying she just was worried if someone had put the end of the bottle into their burrito and didn’t want me getting sick. The food was amazing on top of wonderful service. My new go to place when I’m in town.
The staff seemed very knowledgeable and explained as much as they could about preparing the food to keep it safe. I had enchiladas with corn tortillas which was fantastic! All of the meat options are safe and can be put in a burrito bowl, enchilada or a corn tortillas wrap. Unfortunately they fry their chips so they aren't safe. The food was amazing and staff were excellent.
SOOOOO GOOD!!! First bite and my son was THRILLED!
They have corn tortillas for tacos and do burrito bowls. Was told that right now all their toppings are gf, it’s just the tortillas and their desserts that aren’t. I didn’t ask if the nachos share a fryer with the churros though, so not sure if they are safe, I’m assuming not at she only pointed out the tacos and the burritos as safe. I asked if they were able to accommodate people with celiac when we walked in and she said “absolutely! We will prepare everything for you in our seperate prep space and take every precaution we can and here’s what you can have on the menu…”
I had the pork burrito bowl - deliscious! They do a pineapple salsa that I’m pretty sure I could eat by the bowl full 🤤
My son had the Beef kids tacos x 2. (They we’re only 4.50! Which is a steal for GF meal unfortunately 🥴)
Our gluten eaters were just as thrilled with their meals.
Wow. Delicious! I had 4 tacos all different- Pork, shrimp, yam and spicy beef…. I wasn’t a huge fan of the spicy beef but there was nothing wrong with it, was just person preference they were all unique and tasty! They do NOT have a dedicated fryer - so choose seared for all not crispy! The waitress was very informative and the kitchen took care of my order perfectly once the waitress put “celiac” next to my order. Cannot wait to go back! The Habanero and Pineapple mayo is to die for!
Had the gf tacos, the staff showed great concern that they knew my daughter was celiac, and went through all the options she could have and what they can change to make a great gf meal, was very impressed
We were here on the long weekend Saturday evening, and so it was quite busy and yet the staff seemed very knowledgeable and accommodating. They understand CC and knew what “celiac” is. The menu seemed largely GF with the exception of wheat tortillas, tortilla chips and batter. The deep fryer is NOT dedicated, and because they make their own tortilla chips, chips are NOT GF. They offered without prompting to prepare all of our food in separate pans, which is nice. I can’t speak for CC because I am not reactive but the food was very good.
