We were here on the long weekend Saturday evening, and so it was quite busy and yet the staff seemed very knowledgeable and accommodating. They understand CC and knew what “celiac” is. The menu seemed largely GF with the exception of wheat tortillas, tortilla chips and batter. The deep fryer is NOT dedicated, and because they make their own tortilla chips, chips are NOT GF. They offered without prompting to prepare all of our food in separate pans, which is nice. I can’t speak for CC because I am not reactive but the food was very good.
