Y'all, my waitress was new-ish and yet SO knowledgeable about gf and cross contamination.

The gf frier wasn't running when I went bc it had been contaminated-- so they were cleaning it. First off, it's very reassuring that they take cc seriously and want to uphold their standards! Second, this meant the waitress had to make sure what I ordered was actually safe, since things like bacon and brussels would normally be fried. She had to come back twice to let me know my choices couldn't be made gf that night. I've never been so happy to be told no!

GF menu items are clearly marked and they have a dedicated gluten free fryer! Chicken and fried Brussel sprouts bowl was delicious AND I was able to enjoy sweet potato fries!
