I eat here so often that I should have a membership. The waiters literally know me by name now lol. Almost everything on the menu is gluten free to begin with but they take food allergies very seriously. The chef has a gluten intolerance and food allergies herself and used to be a paramedic so she gets it. They have a separate cooking area and dedicated fryer. The electronic orders get tagged with your specific food allergy. It’s the only not 100% gf place I trust. I always feel safe eating here and the food is great! Completely celiac friendly!
