So. Good. As a vegetarian with celiac, I think this might be my new favorite restaurant. The menu was extensive and nearly everything could be made gluten free if it wasn't already. I was a little worried about cross contamination but they're very knowledgable and clearly make an effort to keep their customers safe and happy. The food was delicious (my gluten-able friends also loved it, so that's saying something too!) and they even brought out gluten free bread for the table before our food arrived. When was the last time I ate the bread on the table at a restaurant?! Thirsty Koala, I'll be back.
