Review of The Timbers

Gluten free seafood heaven. With a dedicated gf fryer and a scratch kitchen almost anything is possible. We ate here two nights in a row. Servers were super knowledgeable (shout out to Yolanda) and helpful. We had Oysters Parmesan, mussels, fried calamari (yes I said gf fried calamari), lobster tail with fries, moist incredible Mahi Mahi with a lovely mango glaze, yellowtail snapper with citrus butter blanc. Also used the buerre blanc as dip for fried and lobster. The food is so good you will want to order lots and share. Sorry I really don’t have pictures bc we ate it so fast.
