Review of The Trails

I'm an extremely sensitive Celiac who easily gets sick from very minor cross contamination. I've eaten here at least a dozen times (fabulous food!) and have not once gotten sick. I trust the kitchen & the staff's solid GF training better than I do most anywhere else. Everyone I've brought there has added The Trails to their regular restaurant rotation because the food is so good.
