Review of The Vault Kitchen & Market

First time I went I had a fairly good experience! No symptoms and a couple different options. Went for a second time last night and after making sure my allergy was marked, my food came out with bread on the plate.

They took it back and assured me the rest of the food was safe. I have a ton of symptoms today. Not my worst reaction, but like others have said i wouldn’t trust when they’re busy they’re more careless.
