Be extremely careful if you decide to eat here. Though they are a chain, and there are some GF items marked on the menu, I have had the staff make mistakes a number of times and also the Mas veggies taco menu is confusing resulting in me being served and eating a seitan meat dish. Consult the allergen menu which is posted online, and inspect your food. Do not assume they got it right. I have been served a wheat bun by accident here. It's great for vegetarians but if you are careful about gluten, honestly I would just eat elsewhere.

Neither person at the counter had heard of celiac disease. They said they could mark the order as allergy but they had no information about how to prevent cross contamination. They said the GF buns were toasted in the same place as wheat buns. I decided not to eat here.

Everything on the menu is vegetarian and both gluten free & vegan options are also identified on the menu. I had the Zoodles and fries as an appetizer. I was assured that the fries are not cross-contaminated. Great for lunch!!

On GrubHub, there is a separate menu which mirrors the regular menu. So it will say, "VG Burger (GF)"... Which makes me super confident that they know which items need to be prepared GF. Also, there is a really inclusive online allergen list.
Food is amazing! I would not know it's all vegan. The nachos are great, and so is the VG burger.
