Everything except the lasagna is gluten free, absolutely delicious! I got the fried rice balls with cheese sauce, crispy and super delicious. For desert we had the creme brûlée, perfectly cooked with a tiny sprinkle of sea salt on the top just making it a perfect caramelized creamy masterpiece.
We also had Italian sodas; the raspberry was weak but the peach was perfect.

The vine is amazing with making me gluten and dairy free foods. I always trust them when I go there. They are a little spendy, but safe!

Great experience! I was traveling through and found the place through this app. I ordered the fish and chips and the chicken piccata, meals came with bread! I don’t get that very often with celiac. Had the GF beer and the crème brûlée. Everything was fantastic. They were knowledgeable and kind. Would go out of my way to go back.

One mention of the word "Celiac" and the waitress was immediately accommodating. She promised that no gluten would come near our table, and everything but the lasagna could be made GF. They have a dedicated fryer and boil the GF pasta in it's own fresh water. Our party ordered chicken masala, chicken parmesan, lemon shrimp pasta, etc., all GF, and one dairy free. Several of us are severely sensitive to cross contamination, but none of us had any reaction. Food was delicious. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent option for gluten free!! Many choices & yummy food! Fish & chips too!! As far as I know they have a dedicated gluten free zone/space in their kitchen but do call ahead to be sure they still do!

OMG! Travel far and wide to this fantastic restaurant. Everything (bar one item) is GF. Even the bread and beer. Service and reassurance (thanks, Sue) is exceptional (my non-gf friend asked for a Coors beer which they had run out of, so the manager Dustin went out to buy some more!) and the portions huge. Fish and chips are made not with batter but with a recipe based on crushed GF Chex cereal and was delicious. I seriously can’t praise The Vine Restaurant enough!

We were told all but the lasagna can be gluten free. The fryer is dedicated gluten free. Our server was great - she was very knowledgeable and aware of my concerns. She didn’t grow tired of my constant questions and need for reassurance. The food is wonderful and the portions are immense! I only wish I weren’t just passing through town for business!

Staff is very aware of cross contamination and most of the menu is gluten free!
Yes
overpriced food that isn’t even that good. You could go somewhere else and get better food for way cheaper.
Waitress was super helpful and knowledgeable. It wasn’t any more expensive than an Olive Garden, and the food was way better. The texture of the noodles and bread was amazing. They can make almost everything gluten free. They have a separate cooking areas.

Brought my hyper-sensitive celiac daughter and celiac wife. They had the spaghetti & meatballs and chicken piccata. Both were outstanding and neither had a reaction. We’ll definitely be back!
Staff was so kind and so knowledgeable. The food was perfect. From the calamari to the carbonara to the ganache cake. Fabulous experience. I’m only sad it’s 3k miles from where I live!
Yes
Awesome place for anyone with celiac disease. All but 3 items are gf! Dedicated fryer as well! Gf fish and chips and also gf chicken parmigiana.
Yes
This is one of the best GF restaurants we've visited. The menu is extensive and the service knowledgeable and attentive. I don't care for fried foods but since I don't easily find GF calamari and fish & chips I took a chance . Their versions of these dishes were truly the best I've eaten in my life. The chef really knows his stuff. We visit Grant's Pass every year for family and never miss visiting this place.

Holy cow! This place is amazing! For gluten free I could have EVERYTHING but 3 items on the menu! That never happens. They have a GF pasta they can substitute and the Chicken Parmesan was absolutely perfect! Crispy and delicious, just how I remembered it! (It's been over 3 years since I've had it since having to eat GF and it was just like I remembered it tasting.) Chicken Apple Curry soup ... Chicken Parmesan... Flourless Chocolate Cake. All gluten free! And the flourless chocolate cake is to die for! Very rich and HUGE!-almost 2 inches tall! Prepare to share AND bring some home! Portions are a really good size, as it should be for the price. Atmosphere is also nice-romantic Italian but not too dark. You can still read the menu! They make their breading for the chicken Parmesan (and bread) from scratch. I wish I wasn't just passing through. This was fantastic! This morning I was literally in tears because I was having difficulty finding a truly GF place just for breakfast (MaMosa's is where you should go, for breakfast or lunch by the way!) After eating at these two restaurants it's been a great day!

Wow! I have Celiac and visiting from out of the area. Always a challenge finding a safe place to eat. The Vine more then met challenge, instead of just a few GF items virtually the full menu is GF. Food was Awesome! We have eaten there twice now, so good. To top it off we had one of best servers ever, Joy your great!

My favorite new place!! Hope we come through Oregon more often! Thank you for the yummy safe meals.

Thanks again❤!

I just ate there for the first time tonight after knowing this place has been in town for years. It was a great experience. The server was knowledgeable about food allergies and the gf cake she suggested was "THE BOMB"!

Excellent! Great restaurant, and it's so nice to know you're safe. (Owners with celiac). Note that you have to ask for gluten free if you are ordering pasta or burger buns/ sandwiches etc because they have both. (GF is not the default for these, although the sauces are GF by default. ). I got pesto pasta with chicken and my son got a burger and fries and loved it--it's rare to find fries that he can actually eat!
Yes
Very knowledgeable staff that was very friendly with service way above par!! Dedicated gluten free kitchen area. Amazing gluten free pasta, dessert and they even had gluten free bread available. Would highly recommend this to anyone with Celiac. I have Celiac and am very sensitive and had no issues at all. I eat there every time I go to Grants Pass.
Yes
Ah-maz-ing!!! Great options, great service. They know what they are taking about and pretty much anything can be gluten free.
Yes
Very good. pleasantly surprised. I had the fish and chips because the menu actually listed it as gluten free and dairy free. I'm not a huge fish person. Rarely eat it. This was great. didn't have a fishy taste at all. really loved the fries too.
Finally a gluten free Italian restaurant! The only bad thing about our entire visit was that it is two hours away from home. :( Everything except the lasagna is GF, and tastes amazing! Definitely try this restaurant, you won't regret it.
Yes
Yum! We had chicken with pineapple mango chutney - it was fork tender. Also had minestrone soup. They have gluten free desserts. We tried the chocolate cake & the lemon coconut cake. Both very good. It is a wonderful place for celiac's.
Yes
Best gluten free in Southern Oregon. Their curry chicken soup is to die for! I also tried the pesto pasta with chicken and the spaghetti with meatballs. Will definitely be back whenever I'm in the area. Plus, the owners have Celiac disease, so everyone knows what they're doing. The waitress literally to me, "You're safe with us."
Yes
All the food was amazing. They make everything fried and grilled with gluten free flour and just offer gluten or gluten free noodles. The entire menu can be made gluten free without the risk of cross contamination. Great service too. $16-$25 a plate for dinner.

I was traveling through Grants Pass and figured I would not have any options for safe, gluten free food. I talked to the waiter at Vine and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the owners were both celiac and they went above and beyond to train their staff about cross contamination concerns. I had their calamari and it was amazing!!! I haven't had fried calamari in over 4 years. No sickness felt at all and I have severe sensitivity to gluten (celiac). Kind of pricey but well worth it! I would love to go back for a full dinner!!

Highly recommended for Celiacs! We were just passing through on vacation and found this wonderful restaurant. They are very knowledgeable and the food was delicious! The restaurant is charming!

I'm spending the week in grants pass for work and decided to come here based on previous reviews. The atmosphere is great, I felt under dressed but wasn't treated as such. There's so many gluten free options and they all sounded so appetizing I found it hard to choose. I ordered a grilled ham and cheese with tomato bisque soup. All gluten free and all very delicious. The grilled sandwich came with fries and I got sweet potato and it came with a marshmallow dipping sauce, not my thing but someone else might like it. Last I ordered a lemon coconut cake. That was really good, not as moist as I had hoped but still hit the spot. I will definitely return.
Yes
Excellent service and very knowledgeable. I am celiac and had their minestrone soup and Italian salad with chicken.
Yes
Best GF desserts. I was amazed how much was already gluten free like the chicken Parmesan and the pasta sauces. I will be back whenever I'm in town.
First time here and will be back. Excellent variety and very knowledgeable staff.

Wonderful find driving back from the Beach- didn't open my app which is rare and just stopped in and saw that it was GF!
Lovely and refreshing meal that my non GF companions also loved
Awesome. They know about gf like nobody else (even that bleu cheese isn't necessarily gf!). Wide variety of options and the food is great. Main dish was amazing, sides of garlic broccoli and rice pilaf were just ok. Patio is dog friendly!
Yes
This place was amazing! They were so knowledgeable. It was so nice to be able to eat just about everything on the menu. So many options. It was the first time I had fried calamari in 5 years and it surely did not disappoint! Thank you!!!

My son has Celiac. We eat 2x monthly on average at The Vine. Everything is sooo yummy. They have seperate Dedicated fryer for us gluten free people. The owners care about their customers & they truly care about the food they serve. The staff is very helpful in regards to the food they serve & are very friendly.

Our family loved the gf variety on the menu which included fish & chips & desserts!!! Food was excellent.
Excellent gf food. Had the baby back ribs with blackberry BBQ sauce & my hubby had the salmon. Owner came around checking on his patrons. Looks like Tuscany inside!
Excellent gluten free choices. Very friendly staff and management. Beautiful, relaxed atmosphere inside the restaurant. Highly recommend!
