Review of The Whiskey Project

This is a family owned restaurant (and bar). Several of the family members who work there have serious food allergies of their own and they are especially sensitive to accommodating all food issues. Our server, Mary, explained in detail their processes for avoiding cross contamination. They also have a menu indicating GF options. The food and cocktails (not sure about GF there) were exceptional and stood out amongst the many great restaurants in the area. Highly recommended for a fun meal out!
